Due to fuel crisis in the world

Due to fuel crisis in the world, it is a great time to start the bike for people in Nepal creating the lane for cycle, encouraging all government officials to use the bike because many country like Holland Denmark, Sweden, Germany even a lot of European countries they are using a bike 70% of their manpower used bike? It is a great Kathmandu is a great place to start and government suit really encourage and it will be better to start from the prime minister if he’s using the bike to go to the office. it was just my suggestion as a citizen of Nepal. I thought I should advise to the government.
